Conservatory type building off garage

I am having sheds removed and want an extension built out from outide garage wall over to the fence. The back of the building, I would like a ranch slider put in. The front part is open for discussion. It is to be like a conservatory for plants and relaxation. I want a gondola like carport put in Two seats removed from backyard Back area to be screened from neighbours totally. Want neighbours blocked out so they cannot climb fence, balls cannot come over fence. Want privacy, perhaps also back area glassed in.
