Stable reno and concrete (+fencing)

Hello Franklin/Pukehoke area builders! I need someone who can help renovate an old concrete block barn into a small 4 stall stable block (it’s about 80sqm). If you can do post & rail fencing, please also let me know. Initially, the successful person will meet me on site in October, to talk through the job, then if we are both happy with scope, start the job in the new year once I have the hardware on site. The key things that need to be done are: - concrete the barn floor, with some gradient for drainage - work with plumber / electrician for drains / lighting etc (could be your preferred tradesmen) - create 5x holes in concrete block for stable window frames and shutters, and 2x doors, and install the window/doors (non-glass) - block up existing entrance in matching concrete block to desired entry size - hang barn sliding doors on tracks - some paving - put up pergola - fixing of stable panels / tie ups / wall panels - Some fencing to break a large paddock into smaller ones (a bonus if this can be done too) - finish the job feeling proud of your workmanship :) If you can do all of the above, please contact me.
