We already have a council consented plans for our 36m2 brick & tile garage & need a licenced builder to project manage & carry out the necessary conversion to a studio flat. 1) Remove garage door + side door & replace with cladding. 2) Replace existing cladding except for brickwork 3) Remove window & put in new sliding door on northern wall. 4) Replace sliding window on eastern wall. 5) Put in new windows in kitchen (western wall) & bathroom (southern wall) - both with frosted glass. 6) Fit floor to ceiling wardrobes between bedroom & bathroom. 7) Put in a wall between the bathroom & kitchen. 8) Fit kitchen cupboards, including a pullout pantry. 9) Fit hydrocork floors. 10) Ceilings to be installed. 11) Gibstopping 12) Painting - interior & exterior Please note the garage is seperate from the house.
