Looking for a local builder who has experience with Villa repairs. This original old girl needs quite a number of boards replaced and window and joinery repairs. Decking needs to be replaced.

This guy came and ripped out our front steps, took boards of our house and then disappeared. I called him two weeks later. He finally came and completed two steps up to our front door. The disappeared again. Had to phone again. He told us he had a huge problem....Promised to come time and time again did not show and then asked for over $2,000 for a deposit on materials which wasnt on his quote.....Who would give him any money. Company not registered on Companies.govt.
