Job description
I have 2 jobs to be done - 1. Fix 2 x wooden windows that have been bolted shut from the outside - it looks like one will need to be rehinged and both will need new window stays attached. 2. Build & affix some new wooden steps from ground to deck - approx 3 steps, 1000 to 2070mm wide (height from ground 600mm)

The work was completed in the agreed timeframe and cost which was great, but felt there was a few corners cut with the garden work and window repairs - a suitable latch couldn’t be installed so will need further attention. Weeding was reasonable but no stones were removed as was quoted for. It felt like the focus was more on finishing in a day than completing the work to a high standard. Overall, I think a reasonable job was done.
