Small house extension

We have a 96m2 3 bed and 1 bath home. We would like to add a house extension of 27m2 onto the side of existing property in the place of an existing deck (level ground). Simple construction, with 1 bathroom and 1 laundry to be added to the current floor plan. All cupboards, bathroom fittings, tiles, flooring and joinery (to replace single glazing throughout) already organised. Approx build time of 5-6 weeks, ready to start December onwards. We need a professional who can manage all aspects of the job including council inspections and hiring subcontractors. Plans available and quotes required.
