32 sq meter extension to the current house from current kitchen/dining area which will form an open plan of whole area. The extension is on the same level as the current house extending its full width (8 m) but just slightly higher. Gable roof of the extension is the same shape as the current house. There will also be a small cantilevered deck with glass balustrade on the long side of the extension - the deck will form on 2 sides of the extended area. It will extend over the current garage which is just an enclosure around the poles that support the house. Structural drawings are available for the steel support in garage changing 2 single garage doors to one door. No plumbing in extension. Electrics: power points and lights. Wall between current kitchen/dining needs removing but some (1.5m) wall structure will remain at each end. Architectural drawings are available too.
