Carport improvements

Want to make carport more attractive, structurally not bad. Cannot build garage or new carport in this location, so improving is only option. Would like a low gable look, even if its not a reroof, just facade. Will remove small shed at side. Carport has small leanto at side for wood shelter. A sketch attached, but open to ideas. House is 1930 brick bungalow. No power and roof quite low but would not mind some type of door (even if its not full, but 3/4 or other easy to open type screen. As it is in back yard and viewed from house, want something that blends in sympathetically with garden and house. We do not dislike the current trellis side, as it blends with garden, but open to ideas. Would ideally like completed by end of November. This is the first of some outside projects, as i want to do path and turnaround area and revamp deck in the future
