Builder needed for partial renovation

We require a builder to help with the removal of 2 - 3 walls + consent and installing beams if necessary. (2 walls already have the gib removed) Also installing a new kitchen in what was a bedroom (backs on to bathroom). Then turning the old kitchen into a bedroom - possibly reconfiguring the floor plan slightly in this area of the house to give 3rd bedroom more space (need advice on this) We plan to skim coat and paint ourselves and do as much labour, prep-work and project management as possible. We would like help as soon as possible for the wall removals and new kitchen. Turning the old kitchen into the 3rd bedroom is not so urgent.
