Repair or Replace rotten windows

Looking for a builder to inspect and advise on how best to fix wooden joinery with Rotten sections. Ideally we would like the repairs to be in keeping with the property. Open to suggestions on cost effective options. Scope noted below and pictures attached. Please note the pics are taken as part of rental inspection so I'm not sure which are relevant. - Repair or replace laundry windows. - Repair or replace bathroom window. - Repair or replace south side bedroom window. - Repair or replace front bay window, double hung sash and rotten sill. - Painting as required to windows and other flaking areas.
