Medium size building job

Medium size building job to remove possible load bearing wall, creating a new front entrance area (including new front door to replace an existing window and build a new deck), building 2 built in wardrobes and 5 recessed internal sliding doors. Re-gib a bedroom with soundproofing gib and cover over existing bedroom doorway. Build internal wall to close off toilet from bathroom/laundry area. Would like the work done in the next few months, but flexible about timeframes.
