Kit Set House Build

Two bedroom, two bathroom kitset home with small deck at front to be erected on poles. Building site is a downward slope from the road. There will be a cleared strip for access. House arrives in 40ft container with walls already framed, lined and gibbed with wainscote etc. so the job is to bolt it together and, once the roofer has added the roof, the house needs to be cladded. Preferred time frame for build: July 2019. Please quote the job including and excluding price for poles and platform to be erected. NB All materials for entire job (including poles and platform) already purchased and will be on site.
