We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. In particular we require the follollowing: Exterior rotten weatherboards replaced (part of house only) Roof repairs and part replacement (corregated iron) Repairing Flashing (Bay Window) Waterblast house and garage and Repaint all Repair verander flashing Stain Deck New Window Sash's where required Strap Piles Install metal head flashings around windows Install new iron on leanto roof and repaint whole roof and chimneys New coloursteel spouting for front bay window Repair and paint front gate and post Trim Trees away from house Lay Bark Chips around house Remove stacked up rubbish underneath house and clean out garage.
