Retaining wall/ fence

We require a builder who is able to build a retaining wall / fence. What we want to do is stop slips from the bank which is located next to our house. We are experiencing loose dirty and rocks coming down. The measurements of the wall would be 12.5M long and .5M high. Would like advice and solutions if the is not the correct option for this situation.
