Replace balcony supporting post
Job description
We require a registered and qualified builder to replace or repair a rotting, timber balcony support post on our 2-story home. The post is supporting our deck and was erected in 1980. It's holding a lot of weight and appears to be rotting at the bottom where water sometimes pools during big rains.

Really pleased with the final product. Naithan and his worker were both very friendly and clearly explained what they were going to do and why. Final product is sturdy and looks good. Our original problem was solved with a minimum of fuss and for a good price - even better than originally quoted. Would happily use him again and recommend to others.
