1930 Bungalow and small garden shed need; replacement of rotten external weatherboards and wooden window frames; installation of new windows and doors, extension and renovation of bathroom/laundry, possible removal of wall between living room and kitchen to enable open plan, possible removal of lower ceiling to reveal original ceiling, creation of defined spaces for things, i.e. gas fire, possible insulation of interior walls, building internal built in storage. I would like to commence this work as soon as possible.
