Replace conservatory external wall/sliding door/window - 2 units
Job description
The front external-facing conservatory of this unit needs replacing/rebuilding. It is currently glass panels and an aluminium sliding door which are increasingly broken and in need of replacing. I have purchased the door and window to be installed. The job requires some wall framing, installing the door and window, and a small patch of exterior cladding. A prior builder I had arranged to do this work has had an accident and can't complete it - although he did help me purchase the windows and doors. The unit is next to another one next door, in mirror image of each other. I required that the other unit and conservatory be done to match at the same time, although this second unit doesn't have any sliding door, only a few glass pannels as is currently an open patio. I have doors and windows for this other unit, too. I have attached photos and a video as best as I can to describe the work, but it will require a site visit with me to really understand the task, I think. These guys did a fantastic job - their quote was immaculate and they did everything that said they would when they would, and more. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They coped well with a few unexpected twists and turns along the way but kept to schedule and the plan. Highly recommend.
