Garage Entry/Office Framing

I want to section off a corner of my internal access garage to create a small office space and enclose the entrance through the laundry which is currently just open. There is currently some existing internal framing in the garage which the previous owners had been using as an additional sleeping space. I would need a builder to build the frame per the rough drawings attached including the 3 walls with 2 cavity sliders and a ceiling. This job would just be the framing - I will arrange the lining and electrical work separately. The house is circa 2015. Flooring is Ply on piles. It would be great to get it done within the next month?
