The garage has been recently built with the idea in mind that we would wall off the back part to create a room. The studs are in place for the partition wall and we are putting in a doorway between garage and room. The job is to build the partition wall and doorway, (probably grab a door with mortice lock at Bunnings), line the walls of the room with batts, and build in the internal walls and ceiling. The space measures approx 4 metres long, 3 wide and 4 high.
