Various EQC Sub-Floor and Interior Building Works

Variety of EQC repairs required including- Sub-floor works: - Installing missing bearer and leveling kitchen floor - Clashing of Sub-Floor bearers and additional fixings - Scope to be confirmed, see photos. Good access available from spare bed room and full critter report available. Interior works: - Leveling of door framing - Replacement of Gib - 2-3 walls - Straightening door frames - Building preparation works for a cavity slide (potential works, to be confirmed) Timeframe: - To be completed starting middle of April/start of May (flexible on timeframes for starting works, would like to be completed as quickly as possible) Additional Trades: - Would consider quotes for plastering works including removing stipple ceiling, small crack repairs and preparing interior walls for painting. Looking for an experienced builder who has a good knowledge EQC works. They will ensure then works are completed required standards and close out the repairs required on this property once and for all.
