Build a new stud wall

I am looking at building a stud wall in the living room to convert the part of its's space to the 3rd bedroom. I would like to know how much the cost of the following work is (On site quote is not possible at the moment) • Build a single stud wall (3.2m wide and 2.4m high) • Cut and remove the carpet only where the new stud wall is installed • Install cornice and skirting board (Standard boards) • gib, plaster, and paint on both side of the wall • Install a door in the built stud wall (Standard timber interior door) • Install a single power point on one side of the wall Cheers
