I've had my spouting replaced but that's left a bit where the cladding cuts of and a small section around the house is left exposed. it needs a flashing or bead of wood to go around the back of the house as seen in photo. also it may or may not need it in the front. Im wanting the job done pretty soon so only apply if you have free time.
