Put a manhole in the ceiling for access for insulation installation

We are lined up to have insulation put in the ceiling the house and the installers have said that the current manhole in the laundry is too small. We need a manhole put into one of the wardrobes in the bedrooms. Work includes making the manhole, and making a cover for it to the size specified by the installers. Work must be completed by October 12th as that is when the insulation installers are coming back. We would also be keen to chat about whether a floor hole might be possible to give us access under the house to place underfloor insulation (but suspect this may not be possible)
