Replacing (wet) exterior walls
Job description
Replace the existing ply walls (wet through) with Hardiboard. Possibly have to insert flashing to guttering above wall. Walls are on a small balcony on a flat above a garage. Ironwork on front will have to be removed. Wall area is about 1.5m x 2m and there are 2 of them.
