There is a wall in the lounge and a column in the kitchen that we would like to remove. The wall is at least partially structural and the column is definitely structural. The span of the wall is currently around 5.6m. Installing beams in the ceiling is fine. The span to go past the column and the wall is around 11m. Above the wall and column is a second story consisting of bedrooms. If possible please give indicative costs for removing the kitchen column and wall separately. Please separate the cost to sort out the carpet and the hole left in the kitchen bench top.
