Repair x2 fascia/eave/sofit and frameup of sml backdoor porch area
Job description
1. Repair fascia/eaves/sofit and rotting framework on 2 points of house due to water damage. Fascia/eaves/sofit measure approx 2.8m x 0.73m & 2.8m x 0.62m. Concrete tile roof. 2. Frameup of backdoor / concrete porch approx 2.5m x 1.55m area. lean-to style with solid doorway, to weather-proof back door area. Clearlite will be attached by home owner. Would prefer to get work done Monday 2nd Dec if possible as I will be available/off work.

Great communication and open discussion about job and schedule availability. Prompt efficient worker. He just got on with the job, worked smart AND hard. Cleaned up as he went and left a satisfactory result. Repairs were great, covered in porch frame was good considering what little direction he was given. When building porch frame, worked onsite alone as we had to work, left a finished structure, no rubbish. Will happily use services again.
