Renovate garage

I am wanting to turn my double plus garage into a games room. What I can see that needs to be done is the garage to be jibbed, gaps covered so its watertight, part removal of a side to install sliding doors, another door installation, a work bench removed and optional install garage carpet and paint. There is other work that might need to be done but I need the advice of a builder first. I was hoping to have an onsite visit to determine exactly what can be done and I was hoping the job would be complete this side of the year.
