We need a new bedroom for our baby.
Job description
We are interested in the cost to create a new bedroom for our baby due in early April. We don't have a great deal of space left but we love our house a lot and would prefer not to have to move. We'd like quotes for various options: building in the attic space, closing off our dining room & creating a new back door, or possibly taking over a portion of our yard to create a whole new room. We need to know what consents would be required & if you're able to negotiate these on our behalf. We'd also appreciate any other ideas or information you can give us.

Hands down the best tradespeople I have ever hired. Roman is friendly, good at communicating and understood what we wanted. The cost was very reasonable (especially compared to other quotes) and the job was completed in the exact time frame quoted. Even though we changed our minds (which Roman was very understanding of) about a couple of things part way through. I absolutely recommend this team and wish them all the best for the future.
