Job description
URGENT we are in need of a builder to replace an area of approx 10m exterior cladding and some internal wall framing due to wet/rot. Ideally being able to start within next 10 days.. The job should take about 3 days (previous builders opinion) Payment/rates to be discussed & Guaranteed on completion. If you're keen, have the time and are able... We welcome your call. This job was undertook by JT Price construction in christchurch and as we live in wellington, I have nothing but the upmost of gratitude, praise and appreciation for Tyrone Price and his team for the way the whole project was undertaken, carried out and the quality of workmanship achieved. The job itself was very complex, and required a lot of skill and professional knowledge....(so much so that the other two tradespeople i had interested in doing the job had backed out of the challenge because of its difficulty). I was impressed by Tyrones positive attitude, and aptitude. he has a high level of integrity in keeping to his word and is reliable/prompt and professional in his communication. The work was completed to the highest standard, often going above and beyond their expected job description. Tyrone helped make the project run smoothly by being available and going out of his way to assist and supply unexpected materials as they were needed so that the job could be completed within the restricted time frame. The cost quoted was definately fair and reasonable and I was more than happy to pay on receipt of invoice given the quality of work achieved. JT Price construction is understandably a successful company because THEY DELIVER all the necessary qualities that make it so. I definately recommend this company as your choice for quality, price, reliability and professionalism.
