Create internal entrance from garage

The job is to remove a wardrobe, create a hallway/wall and from there create a doorway from the garage. I wish to add a high window to the wall that is created to provide some natural light. Ideally the job will include plastering work of the installed wall and ceiling area around the work space. Job will also involve the relocation of the fuse box and other minor electrical work . An exemption to the building code is also required, so this will also be part of the job
