When we were having underfloor insulation done, the installers discovered the following: "Unfortunately we have had to pull the installers off 8 Edward Avenue today due to a health and safety risk. The concrete piles have been replaced with timber blocks possibly at the time of earthquake repairs, these are not fixed to the underfloor in any way and appear to be on a lean. We would need a builder to sign off that these are safe before we can proceed with the installation of the underfloor insulation." This is a rental property

I'm so impressed with this whole process. Andrew answered my query promptly and the job was completed to a high standard and and an excellent rate. The property has tenants and Andrew liaised with them and made all the necessary arrangements, too easy. I feel I now have a permanent go to builder with White Creative Construction
