Earthquake repairs cashed out by previous owners. Replacing approx 8 cracked hardiboard (or similar) weatherboards around the second story of a two story house. Boards cracked in 2011 earthquakes. Green circles in photos show the location of the boards that need replacing.

Work was completed at the quoted price to a high standard. A couple of delays due to weather (Both my job and the job they were completing prior were outside jobs) but Russell communicated this well.
