Small Kitchen & Bathroom Reno 2

Require a builder carpenter to replace damaged joists in bathroom and kitchen (size 5.7m X 2.5m for both room adjoining each other). level floor and lay flooring sheets. Create small hall wall through existing bedroom and 2 new door entry points ( one into bathroom and one into bedroom. Close off current bedroom entry. Change one external back door move about 3 meters add new window in Kitchen. Type of house: Older weatherboard house with staco finish. Some studs also may need to be replaced. Presently all interior wall linings removed and the flooring in Kitchen and bathroom removed. Need new wall erected between Kitchen and bathroom. House is currently empty so looking for an immediate start.
