Weatherbaord house repairs / maintenance work
Job description
We require some repairs / maintenance work done for a weatherboard rental property. As follows: Master bedroom: Repair / replace 2 x drafty hinged latch windows (medium size) Living room – fix 2 x small latch windows that do not close properly. Bathroom – new safety glass required for small latch window. Existing glass has shattered but is still in place. Western bedroom – new glass to replace bowed stained glass in small window. Replace with standard window glass. Southern weatherboard cladding - Small sections of rot at eastern and western ends to be repaired with new weatherboard Western weatherboard cladding – rot and damaged weatherboards to be replaced above / below the laundry window on the western external wall. Master bedroom external window sill - Rot in corners. Repair / replace Sewer vent – upper half is rusted out and needs to be replaced. Penetrates the soffit & roof. Clean out all guttering. Unblock storm-water drainage. This might need to be a separate job at a later date. Can meet at the property to review in detail.
