Making house water tight
Job description
I have a house that has come up with three areas that have high moisture readings. Report available. I need a quote to eliminate or mitigate the things that have led to this. House is plaster over concrete block. I am thinking gib board may need removing , area investigated then gib replaced . May need some flashings

I had Chris project manage a huge project. My house had been incorrectly repaired by EQC in 2012 and it had developed water tightness issues. I met with Chris and we came up with a plan to mitigate the issues. He oversaw the plasterers and used his own men for the carpentry jobs. I also threw a few red herrings in with a few smaller jobs that needed doing e.g. putting in new vanity units. Highly recommend Chris and his team!
