Job description
Looking for a Licensed Building Practioner to do small amount of finishing work on a residential property. Work includes: Refitting a few linings Installing some flashings Fixing balustrades Pointing cracks on block work. Grinding and epoxy crack in garage floor (please price this out separately) Assorted small jobs eg metal trim on one floor edge.

Kevin and his team at Trad Construction were great to work with. The communication was outstanding -professional and respectful. They left the property tidy at the end of each day and I received a phone call/txt if there were any queries. Their quote was competitive and there were no "variations" once the job had started. I had a number of inside and outside jobs that needed to be done to finish a long running building project. All have been completed now and the house finally looks fantastic!
