Roof out of alignment: Verbal assessment of damage and remedy approach

We have misaligned vertical roof struts along at least one section of our roof as a result of EQ damage. These have had emergency bracing to make the roof safe but the overall structure still needs properly realigning with perhaps some of the verticals replaced [see pics]. When this is done we also want to replace our concrete tiles with coloursteel to reduce our vulnerability to EQ damage in the future. Replacing guttering is also part of the job. This piece of work is for a verbal assessment by an experienced builder - will pay for time hence the estimate of less than $250. Then next steps we are not completely sure of - probably a more formal report to EQC and after that get the repair work done.
