Building custom 5m long plantar boxes

I’d like a long (5.3m) plantar box built next to my covered entrance elevated decking. ABout 15-18cm wide and 30cm deep. Should nestle nicely between the deck and the concrete block wall behind. Also 2 tiny jobs - shaving an arch out of my desk support (see pic), and possibly shaving some wood from a kitchen bench support behind the dishwasher so i can push it back Flush with the cupboards.
