Renovation to create a new bedroom

We are wanting to knock through a wall between 2 rooms (a utility/storage room and laundry) to create a 3rd bedroom. We would also need to build a new wall (it will need to dogleg) to enclose a smaller laundry space and the new bedroom. We would need to create a doorway through to the new bedroom.The current washing machine and tub would need to be moved and plumbed in approximately 1.5 metre across the room from their current location. We would also need to brick up the the current internal garage door leading off the utility room.

Andrew and his team were fantastic- conscious of our budget but making sure the work was great quality. We are really happy with the transformation of our new bedroom and smaller laundry. We will absolutely be using Andrew again when we are ready to start our next project.
