Laybor Only Contract

We are looking for an experienced and reliable builder or building team to construct 4 new townhouses. Project details: 4 x townhouses Labour only contract (materials supplied) A licensed Project Manager is in place and will manage the full build process You will be required to work closely with the Project Manager and follow the construction programme and specifications What we’re looking for: Proven experience building residential homes or townhouses Strong workmanship and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a managed team Reliable, well-organised, and able to meet deadlines Relevant licences and insurances preferred What we offer: Well-organised project plan Clear scope of work Ongoing work for the right builder Prompt payment If you’re an experienced builder interested in a well-run project, please get in touch with your experience, availability, and examples of previous work.
