Office space within garage

We would like to have a new office space built within our existing garage. Two new walls would need to be built to create a new room in the corner of the garage measuring approx 2.0m x 3.0m x 2.4m (h) but the exact measurements can be flexible. The existing walls within the corner of the garage would need to be stripped and insulated and a new window would need to be made (currently the corner in question has no windows.) The floor is currently carpet over a concrete slab so the floor of the office would need to be elevated slightly to allow for underfloor insulation. Please see photo below
