Earthquake repairs and alteration

We are looking for builders with experience repairing earthquake damaged homes in Christchurch. The work will repair the earthquake damage, in conjunction with an alteration. The property is currently as-is, so we require qualified builders with the appropriate insurances during the work, and experience aiding with obtaining house re-insurance following the work. We are currently sorting the documentation for exemption with Council to complete this work. Information about the property and a summary of the work required (TBC): - 270m2, two storey weatherboard home - Flat to mild sloping section - Foundation replacement to original section (~36 lm of perimeter foundation and ~41 piles) - Close in two small covered porch areas - Rearrange isolated walls - New kitchen and bathrooms - Insulate - Remediate or replace roof - Remediate or replace windows / door joinery (double glaze) - Remediate linings as required - Full prep and paint, internal and external - Ducted heat pump system - New decks - New entry drive/paths - New landscaping If you are interested in discussing this job and preparing a quote, please get in touch.
