Ghastly Garage Dilemma

We've just bought a house in Carterton and the garage doesn't have a door. We got a guy around to quote for a door and he said the garage wouldn't support a door in its current state. The garage is on a good concrete slab, but the footings have gone, one side is a bit rotten and the whole thing needs squaring up - plus there is a room at the back of the garage that needs finishing. We're not sure whether to fix or just start again so looking for comparative quotes please.
