Hello, The side and front of a single garage needs the exterior cladding removed and replaced. Standard 2.4m height sheets (approx 5) for the side, plus battons, and the front is just the bit above and around the roller door. Preference is H4 13mm sheets, but open to discuss if alternatives are better. Vapour barrier / wrap can be done at the same time. Soffit and scotia need replacing too - 5.4m lengths. If there’s any damage to the framing plate, replace the affected parts with H4 timber. Site access is easy, ground is level, tip is five minutes down the road. Keen to get this done asap, should be less than a day of work - but I’ll let you review and confirm.
