We have a very small deck at the front of our house which we would like replaced with an aluminium & glass conservatory. It' s possible that council consent may not be required now since the recent relaxing of these types of DIY. A concrete pad will be required so if anyone who replies to this post can recommend a tradesman for this, that would be really great. A detailed quote will be required.
