I need a builder to replace a rotten corner stud and some sections of weatherboard in the front corner of a villa. I removed some of the boxed corner to repair it and discovered the rotten stud and the ends of a couple of the weatherboards under the boxed corner have also rotted. The boxed corner on the other side also needs replacing.
