Steel Frame Kitset Build to Preline

We require a 334m2 steel frame kitset to be built to preline stage. Labour only, all materials included in kitset apart from foundation materials. Raft Foundation Installation of framing, roofing, windows and doors in and cladding installed. Single story, hardieflex and weathergroove cladding, 2400mm ceiling height, coloursteel roof. Applying for consent in next week or two. Ideally would like build started in June-July. site is a couple of minutes out of Westport.
