20ft Container Refurbishment

We have a 20ft container in excellent condition on a piece of land above Little Akaloa on Banks Peninsula (about one hours drive from Chch) – there is already a wee hut on the land, but we would like to expand the ability to have friends and family stay there with us by converting the container into a basic sleeping area. Here's the catch; access is via a 4WD track only - i'm not sure how the container was originally positioned on the land!, there is no power there either. I have attached a picture of the layout of the land, where the container can easily be seen - i don't have any better pictures of it at this stage. We are envisioning a relatively simple conversion with insulation and lining throughout (the floor is already wood - so just walls and ceiling), sliding ranch door and another window for light installed, plus a solar panel and basic LED lighting (it's fully off the grid, so there is no power etc.) .
