Container house roof
Job description
We require a LBP to construct a roof frame on our existing container house. We have a council approved design from an engineer who will also be carrying out the inspection for the PS4. We will require a PS3 from the builder. We already have a contractor for the roofing aspect of the job.

Tom was great to deal with, he was genuinly intersted and enthusiastic about our project. He gave us alot of great advise and ideas about other aspects of our house build. Invoice was as per quote. Weather conditions effected the schedule ever so slightly. Our engineer signed off on the workmanship so no worries there. Communications were professional, bad cell coverage onsite made it hard sometimes but as soon as we were face to face the communications flowed freely!
