Alter and modernise 70s weatherboard small / medium three bedroom bungalow mostly internals to architect's plans. Works will involve two new window penetrations, two window relocations, internal wall demolitions and some new walls , new deck constructions, some roof line changes and new membrane, new kitchen, two new bathrooms and powder room, new laundry and some minor blockwork alterations in garage / basement. Project presently with council for consenting, full BC package will be supplied to short listed Builders. Flexible options considered, ie full contract or partial, or hybrid. Must be licensed and insured practitioner with a track record. Hope to start as soon as BC is issued, if not before Xmas early in the NY.
